Pricing

Our prices are 20–35% off MSRP. We do not price match at this time.

For residents of Tennessee there will be an additional sales tax added to the total. Otherwise prices are as displayed.

To Order:

We currently are using PayPal to provide a safe payment transaction. To order, click “Add to Cart” from the game’s description page. From your cart page, you may either checkout or continue shopping. Shipping options are made available at checkout via a drop-down menu. Shipping options are listed below.

If you desire, we also accept checks. Please email info@bigmovegames.com with your order (name, address, games and quantity) and I will email an invoice to you. When payment is received, the order will be shipped ASAP.

Shipping

We ship throughout the continental U.S.

I will ship to Alaska and Hawaii if it fits safely in a USPS flat rate box or if you are willing to pay for non-flat rate shipping. Email me @ rod@bigmovegames.com

Delivery times vary depending on location (we are in TN) but generally are between 2 and 5 days

Return Policy

We are happy to accept returns on unopened merchandise. Please contact us info.bigmovegames.com to receive a Return Authorization Number and let us know what to expect. If the product is in the original condition in which we sent it, we will refund you 100% of purchase price and taxes if applicable.

Please understand that we cannot refund shipping costs unless the return is because of our error. We also cannot be responsible if the returned item is damaged or lost during the return mailing. We suggest that you package your return carefully and use a delivery method that can be traced.

Missing and/or Damaged Components

Damaged

If your new game is damaged due to shipping, do not open the package and have the deliverer mark it as damaged. Contact us immediately. so that we can start our claim process and rectify the situation.

Missing components or written materials

If your new game is missing materials, we suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly. In most cases this will be more efficient and timely. If they can’t or won’t help, contact us and we will try to resolve the problem.

Product Availability

We try to list products that are available and ready to ship. If we are out of a particular product and awaiting re-order or the game is out of print, we will try to let you know in the listing. In most cases, if the item is not out of print, we can get the item to our store within 24 hours.

We are continually updating our inventory. Because we are small and growing, some items you are looking for might not be listed yet but we are in the process of getting them. Please let us know the item you are looking for and we will do what we can to get it in the store as soon as possible.
